Opaleen.com offers free FedEx Home Delivery shipping on every order within the forty-eight contiguous United States. Home Delivery usually takes 1-4 business days depending on your location.
If you want your order to arrive faster, you can select FedEx 2Day or FedEx Delivery Overnight options at Checkout.
For international shipments, Opaleen.com offers FedEx International Priority.
You will receive a tracking number by email no matter what shipping option you select in order to check your order status.

Opaleen.com offers a 30-day return policy on every item.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
To return an item, package your return including all original packaging and a copy of your invoice, and mail it to:

Returns with no Opaleen.com invoice, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to New York State.
Once you confirm your order at the checkout stage, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number. To know the status of your order, enter that number on FedEx tracking package page.
